Fruit Tree Drip Irrigation Small Tube Outflow

Installation Techniques and Methods for Fruit Tree Drip Irrigation Small Tube Outflow:

In fruit orchard drip irrigation projects, the main forms of installation for the main pipeline are surface-mounted and buried underground. In the design and installation of drip irrigation for fruit trees, the main focus is on the connection and layout of the drip irrigation head, main pipeline, lateral pipes, and drip tubing system. Among them, the use of small tube outflow drip irrigation is a common installation solution for orchard drip irrigation, offering water-saving, convenience, time-saving, labor-saving, integration of water and fertilizer, automation control, and modern information management.

Henan Lingyun Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of fruit tree drip irrigation equipment and a supplier of fruit tree drip irrigation facilities. Our company produces high-quality drip irrigation heads and pressure regulators for small tube outflow, offering competitive prices. We also provide high-quality PE pipes for small tube outflow, directly from the manufacturer, available for bulk wholesale supply.

  1. Water Reservoir: Ensure timely and adequate water supply according to the irrigation plan, with clean water quality guaranteed.
  2. Water Pressure Irrigation: Start submersible pumps for irrigation or use water pressure intensity for irrigation.
  3. Pressure Gauge: When the pressure gauge reads 0.05 MPa, immediately shut down the system, and clean the filter.
  4. Filtration: Generally, use mesh filters with a working pressure of 6 kg/cm² and a flow rate of 12 m³/h.
  5. Prevention of Pipeline Clogging: Before irrigation, open the valve at the end of the main pipeline and flush the pipeline for 3-5 minutes. Meanwhile, check for any blockages in the emitters, analyze the causes of blockage, and deal with them promptly to ensure the normal operation of the emitters.
  6. Prevention of Pipeline Rupture: Before shutting down, open the air valve on the top of the filter to prevent negative pressure from forming inside the water supply pipeline, which could cause the pipeline to rupture.
  7. Water Supply Pipeline: Generally, use a diameter 63 PE pipe with a pressure rating of 1.0 MPa. It can be designed as a single or double-directional pipeline according to the requirements.
  8. Pipeline Burial: Generally, bury the main water supply pipeline 60 cm underground. Lateral pipes and emitters are shallowly buried on the surface. It is strictly forbidden for any vehicles to drive over the pipelines or conduct any construction activities, and grazing in the orchard should be prohibited to ensure pipeline safety.
  9. Irrigation Timing: It varies depending on the crop and drought conditions.
